FAQ

Who is ms mac?

Marsha Brown started freelancing as Ms Mac back in 2000. Soon she found herself unable to keep up with the demand, so she joined forces with fellow Tekserve alum Jools Palmer. Together they have been serving home users and small businesses all over New York City with repair, maintenance and training on their Macintosh computers and Apple devices, helping users get the most out of their cyber life for over 10 years. And now we’ve added Staff Designer Lori Mocha. You can see her amazing work in our new logo, ms mac 2.0.

Why ms mac?

Does ms mac only employ women?

Currently we are an all women staff. As females we seem to bring a different touch to training and repairing your computers. We understand that you want to use your computers without worry, have kind explanations in a non-technical language and we don’t judge if technology is just not your thing. And while we have had a few men over the years as support staff ms mac has organically maintained it’s all womany goodness.
